Happiness

"The only person who made me feel great all the time was Penelope. Well, I shouldn't say that. I mean, my mother and father were working hard for me, too. They were constantly scraping together enough money to pay for gas, to get me lunch money, to buy me a new pair of jeans and a few new shirts. My parents gave me just enough money so that I could pretend to have more money than I did." (Sherman Alexie, Pgs. 118-119)

Who makes you happy? And what exactly does being happy mean to you?

There are alot of things in life that make me happy. It can range from having no homework to making enough money at work to pay for things by myself and just having that sense of freedom and not having to worry about "paying your parents back" or freinds you may have borrowed money from. Happiness also comes from just being with people who like you for who you are and you don't have to act fake around them.

Same - good variety BUT you're one short. I think I would've liked you to make a connection between the video & your post; I'm actually waiting for the video to reload b/c I watched 2 min of it & there was no sound...I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to be. At any rate, you're still a post short from the book & a technical 3rd reference short, so the whole blog is not yet complete.
I do love that you put in some different media. 35/50
